Michael is the visionary behind TerraPulse. For twenty years he worked as a writer, editor, and researcher for both print and online publications, before transitioning into longform research projects and computer science. Frustrated by the dominance of agenda-based climate science in the discourse, he was inspired to create an AI-powered climate analysis platform that only works with raw data collected in reality without models or speculation.

TerraPulse is a greatly expanded offshoot of his Harvard CS50P final project — a program that reached out across scientific APIs to pull real data on the existential threats facing Earth and human life.

Michael continues to drive the platform's direction — discovering new data sources, shaping the analysis priorities, and ensuring that TerraPulse serves the audience he understands best: environmentally conscious people who want real data, not noise.
